Reflections of Reality is a photographic series that explores the fleeting moments of our everyday lives by capturing glimpses of street life and still life through the reflection of mirrors.

Experimenting with shallow depth of field, the photographs are taken by ‘looking through a mirror’, using reflections to manipulate the camera and creating an illusion of a new reality. The camera captures ‘new’ and ‘hidden’ parts of the everyday that we don’t often notice or see which force the viewer to question reality and distinguish between what is real and what is a reflection within the images.
